New Wave of Xbox 360 Banning Begins
November 11th, 2008
- Here we go again. As some of you may know, there's a major update coming November 19th. Originally it was thought the update would bring a new way for Microsoft to detect modified consoles. Apparently, they're ahead of the game and have already started banning. Even iXtreme 1.41 users are reporting being banned off of Live. I recommend anyone with modified firmware stay offline until more information can be gathered. If you need to revert to original firmware, feel free to come into the shop and we'll get that done for you. If that will help or not, I don't know. To get an idea of how this news is developing, please see the following link.

You don't even have to worry about expensive alternatives like Memor32 or cumbersome exploits like SwapMagic or the Independence exploit. Wii-Clip Sucks!
June 12th, 2008
- If you buy a chip from somewhere, please make sure it doesn't come with a Wii-Clip or I'll have to charge extra to remove it (in most cases they'll pre-solder it to your modchip). It's total crap. You might as well zip-tie the chip to the drive. For those that don't know what a Wii-Clip is, it's supposed to be a plug-and-play solution to installing various modchips (practically no soldering involved). Half the time they don't work and in some cases can kill your Wii drive. For those installers that came from the PS2 scene, this is all too familiar if you remember the DMS EZI.

Successful Installation of Argon Modchip for D2C!
March 16th, 2008
- We have successfully installed an Argon modchip in a D2C console for a friend. It has a low wire count and is easier on your console since it does not require wiring direct to IC legs. All points are via only. SSBB working perfectly! This chip is programmable and has an external USB connection (D2CKey does not).

Introducing Memor32 for PS2!
February 27th, 2008
- We just got a chance to setup the Memor32 for a friend (sorry, I'm not stocking these). The Memor32 is a MagicGate compatible PS2 memory card that has a USB port built in. This enables you to backup your saves to and from a PC directly. That's where it's abilities end... until you flash Team Mementos firmware to it. Once flashed, it allows you play PS2 backups and launch ELFs directly from the memory card! No more swapping, no need to buy a modchip or pay someone to install it for you! Get a Phat PS2 and a PS2 network adapter to get the most out of it.
